These Terms of Service apply to jeezli.com and the services provided by Jeezli. By using the website or submitting an order, the user agrees to these Terms. If the user does not agree, the website and services should not be used.
1. Online-store use
A customer must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. The website may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
2. Product information
Jeezli aims to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. Errors may be corrected when discovered. Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to a product that is materially different from its description.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require Jeezli to accept the order. Jeezli may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or policy violations. Captured payment for a cancelled order is refunded to the original payment method.
4. Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Accepted payment methods are disclosed in the Payment Policy and live checkout. Applicable taxes appear when required. Standard United States shipping is free, and the customer can review the total before submitting payment.
5. Shipping and delivery
The current estimated total is 6-10 business days: 1-2 processing days counted Monday-Friday and 5-8 carrier service days counted Monday-Saturday. The daily cutoff is 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Delivery dates are estimates. The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.
6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Defective and change-of-mind returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returns use a free prepaid label and have no restocking fee. The customer receives an approved refund no later than 14 calendar days after Jeezli receives the returned item. The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Promotions
Promotions and discounts are subject to the conditions disclosed with the offer, including product, date, quantity, and usage restrictions. Jeezli may correct or end an offer when required by law, when an error is identified, or when the stated offer period ends.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its original design, organization, text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Jeezli and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Content may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold, or exploited without permission except as allowed by law.
9. Reviews and user content
A person submitting a review, message, photo, or other content confirms that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. Jeezli may moderate or remove unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, or inappropriate content. Jeezli does not require positive reviews.
10. Prohibited conduct
Users may not interfere with website security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website to violate applicable law.
11. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party payment, ecommerce, delivery, analytics, and advertising services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Jeezli is not responsible for services it does not control except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and forms part of these Terms.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an 'as available' basis. Jeezli does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. These Terms do not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeezli is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or other liability applicable law requires to remain available.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for losses or claims resulting from the user's unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
16. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
17. No waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections available in a customer's place of residence are not limited by this section.
19. Changes to these Terms
Jeezli may update these Terms when practices, services, or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
